We welcome customers to our home nursery in Hydesville, California,
by
appointment only, to pick up orders
that have been arranged
previously. No extra handling fees are
added. Hydesville is 25 miles south of Eureka and 3 miles west of
Coastal Highway 101. Please email or call
ahead if you'd like
to pick up your order in person.

Bouquet Service - When our 400+
rose bushes are in bloom they are ready to be shared! 
Classic
or casual
rose
bouquets in a variety of sizes and price categories can be delivered to
your home, office, restaurant... anywhere within a reasonable driving
distance. Please contact us to discuss your
wishes. We'd love to share our bounty of beauty with you!
Farmers' Markets and Apple Service-
May - October we are at the Ferndale Farmers' Market Saturdays, 10:30
AM - 2 PM. June - October you can find us now and then at the
Fortuna Farmers'
Market, Tuesdays from 3-6 PM. We sell cut flowers, mixed
bouquets,
plants and
produce from our vegetable garden and orchard.
If you would
like
a 10 lb. box of REAL pesticide-free grown apples mailed to your door
(U.S. only) this year, please use the order form to give us details (we
currently have varieties maturing from
August to December.) We charge $20 + s&h via Priority Mail.
Rose Maintenance
Service
-
We provide rose care within coastal Humboldt
County:
dead-heading, annual pruning, planting, "shovel pruning", non-toxic
spraying, fertilizing and foliar feeding. Call or email to arrange a
free on-site
estimate
Private Open Garden
- for members of the Humboldt Rose Society, the Heritage Roses Group,
the American Rose Society
and our local customers.
Peak
Bloom Time
is the end of May/early June. Contact us to get the next Open Garden
announcement.

We have not been
at this event since we moved from the Bay Area, but we HIGHLY
recommend that you attend the annual "Celebration
of Old Roses"
May 2008,
always the Sunday after Mother's Day
11 AM - 4 PM, Free
The Celebration of Old Roses
is held at the El Cerrito Community Center, just
north of Berkeley. A "must" event for rose nuts, er... rose
enthusiasts! Vendors, rose sales and a 100-
foot display table of Heritage Roses by class divisions, also a rose
identification table for your mystery roses,
plus much more... This event is put on by the East Bay Heritage Roses
Group.
