Heart O' Gold WEKdykstra - Dykstra
1997 PP10713 Cerise pink with a "heart o'
gold". The product of two other wonderful varieties: Broadway x
Gold Medal. Tall, upright, strong fragrance of peach and old
rose. Those with some heat will get the best color, but those in
cooler temps will enjoy larger flowers. 5+ x 3 ft.
Honey
Dijon WEKsproulses - Sproul 2005
PPAF Just as the name says, but even deeper in cooler
climates. This unique warm golden brown is vigorous and
floriferous. Very fragrant too. 5 x 3 ft.
Lagerfeld
The ideal Grandiflora example. Lovely light
purple flower with intense fragrance. The bush reaches about 5 x 4 ft.
and the flowers are no less than
4" or 5" in diameter. An upright and vigorous shrub with moderate
thorns. Leaves are matte green and
disease resistant (unlike one parent, Angel Face). Christensen

Named for the New Year's Day parade and football game held each year in
Pasadena, CA, since 1886! This strong growing pink blend is
certainly worthy of a celebration. Not really fragrant, but known
to be disease resistant and a winner on the show tables for its
excellent form. 5 x 3 Z6/7 **
Waikiki Salmon orange
pink with lighter reverse. Heat tolerant, fairly disease resistant for an older modern rose. Outstanding in full bloom without naked ankles! McGredy 1986 Z7

is a real stand out. Ruffled red-purple with a lighter
lavender eye. Strong fragrance, clean leaves and vigorous growth.
